Alarms During the Learn Process

Failed to pressure up STP is not turning on Verify that the 4-20 transducer is 

a relay / TPI input

Check the programming

Is the pump controller powered 

on?

Check the controller

If controlled by a relay, is the 

common of the relay wired to 110 

Volts?

Test the voltage on the relay 

common

Is another STP turning on? Check the other STPs

STP is turning on, but 

the LS500 doesn’t see 

the pressure change

Is the 4-20 transducer in alarm? Check alarms

Is the wrong transducer 

mapped?

Check programming

Is the clamp valve down? Look at the pressure gauge on 

the needle valve kit for operating 

pressure

Line is not
